Signing and filing your forms
Immigration Oasis helps prepare draft forms and a signing checklist. You remain responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting through the proper government process.
1
Default: print and sign by hand
For printed forms, the safest default is to print the reviewed forms and sign the required signature sections by hand.
2
Official online portal signing
If a government website asks for an electronic signature, sign inside that official USCIS, CEAC, EOIR, or other government account.
3
No website-drawn signature yet
This version does not place a drawn website signature into official government forms. That feature should only be added after form-by-form acceptance review.
Before submitting: Review every page, all English translations, fees, filing addresses, document requirements, and all signature sections. Ask for attorney review if anything is uncertain or high-risk.
