Evidence intake

Upload documents, see what is still missing, and review any AI-suggested fields.

Immigration Oasis is moving toward safer AI completion by using uploaded document metadata and checklists to organize evidence before final forms, worksheets, or review files are released.

Evidence coverage

The saved-case action plan now compares uploaded document names, types, categories, and notes against the checklist for the matched forms.

Safe prefill suggestions

Green cards, passports, I-94s, receipts, notices, civil records, and sponsor documents may suggest fields to review, such as A-number, receipt number, entry details, dates, names, or income records.

No silent filing

Suggested values are never treated as final by themselves. The user must review every answer, every page, signatures, current government fees, and filing instructions before submitting anything.

Good documents to upload when available

The exact list depends on the immigration path. Do not wait to start if you do not have every document yet; the action plan will show what is still missing.

Status and identity

Green card front/back, passport, visa page, I-94, EAD, government ID, naturalization/citizenship certificate.

Notices and deadlines

USCIS receipts, RFEs, NOIDs, denials, biometrics/interview notices, NVC/consular notices, 221(g), court or EOIR notices.

Family and sponsor proof

Marriage/birth certificates, divorce decrees, translations, sponsor tax returns, W-2/1099, pay stubs, household-size records, joint-life evidence.

Private support service: USCIS forms are free. Immigration Oasis charges for guided pathfinding, AI-assisted preparation, evidence organization, review workflow, and support. Government fees are separate.
