Upload documents, see what may still be missing, and review suggested fields.

Uploads can help organize evidence and suggest answers for your review before forms, worksheets, or review steps are prepared. Immigration Oasis may use guided assistance and human review steps to help organize information, but you must review every suggestion before anything is used.

Document safety: Upload copies or photos only. Keep originals unless official written instructions require otherwise. Only upload documents you want reviewed for your immigration support request, and remove unrelated private information when it is not needed.

Evidence coverage

Your saved case can compare uploaded document names, types, categories, and notes against the checklist for your immigration path.

Suggested fields for your review

Uploaded documents may help suggest information such as A-Number, receipt number, entry details, dates, names, or income records. You must review every suggestion before it is used.

Nothing is filed without you

Suggestions are never final by themselves. You must review every answer, every page, signatures, current fees, and filing instructions before deciding whether and when to submit.

Good documents to upload when available

The documents you need depend on your immigration path. You can still start if you do not have everything yet; your next-step plan can show what may still be missing.

Status and identity

Green card front/back, passport, visa page, I-94, EAD, government ID, naturalization or citizenship certificate.

Notices and deadlines

USCIS receipts, RFEs, NOIDs, denials, biometrics or interview notices, NVC or consular notices, 221(g), court, EOIR, or ICE notices.

Family and sponsor proof

Marriage or birth certificates, divorce decrees, translations, sponsor tax returns, W-2/1099, pay stubs, household-size records, or joint-life evidence.

Private support service: Immigration Oasis is private support, not USCIS, not the government, and not a law firm. USCIS forms are free, government filing fees are separate, and you decide whether and when to file.
