FAQ

Plain answers about what Immigration Oasis does, what it does not do, and how users stay in control.

Is Immigration Oasis a law firm?

No. Immigration Oasis is self-help software for immigration questions and form preparation. It does not provide legal advice or attorney representation.

Who decides what to file?

The user does. Immigration Oasis can suggest possible forms and cautions based on answers, but the user reviews and decides what to submit.

Can I ask a basic question first?

Yes. You can ask a basic immigration question before entering sensitive personal details. The answer may suggest a free forms preview if appropriate.

Can I answer in Spanish?

Yes. Users can answer in English or Spanish. Government-facing final answers are generally prepared in English, and the user should review the English version.

What is a form package?

A form package means the main draft form, related draft forms when needed, a preparation record, and a supporting document checklist.

Do all cases get completed forms?

No. Straightforward paths may get draft forms. Online visa applications get answer worksheets. Risky cases may get an attorney review starter file and attorney review recommendation.

Can an attorney review my case?

Yes. Attorney review is available as an add-on when wanted or when risk is flagged. An attorney-client relationship starts only if an attorney accepts a separate engagement.

Are government forms free?

Yes. Official government forms and USCIS accounts are free. Immigration Oasis charges for guided preparation, completed form packages, answer worksheets, saved records, and optional review.

Spanish support: Use the Español button to view the main page content in Spanish. Users may answer in Spanish; Immigration Oasis prepares English review text when a government form requires English answers.
