Community Partners can share a tracked link or QR code. The first step is free for referred people. Rewards apply only to eligible Immigration Oasis platform service fees, not government fees, USCIS fees, refunds, chargebacks, or outside attorney legal fees.

One standard reward per referred customer
The standard reward is based on the highest eligible paid Immigration Oasis platform service purchased by the referred customer. If the customer upgrades, any earlier reward is credited toward the higher eligible reward amount. Rewards do not stack unless a separate written bonus offer applies.
- $49 purchase first: $10 reward
- Later upgrade to $199 family bundle: additional $40 reward
- Total standard reward for that customer: $50
- Attorney/high-risk review does not automatically create a second standard reward
How tracking works
1. Share
Use your Community Partner link, QR code, or flyer from your dashboard.
2. Referred person starts free
The referred person can ask a question, find a path, and decide whether Immigration Oasis help fits.
3. Reward review
When the referred user pays for an eligible service option, your referral is marked pending for review.
We use your link, QR code, or referral code to help connect eligible referrals to your Community Partner account. Rewards are reviewed before payment and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, duplicates, self-referrals, or ineligible referrals.
Community Partner reward updates
Community Partners can be notified when a reward is pending, approved, paid, held, or reversed. Simple Form Assist can qualify for a $10 reward, and upgrade credits pay only the difference up to the highest eligible standard reward tier.
Referral reward clarity
Rewards are based on eligible Immigration Oasis platform fees, not USCIS government filing fees, refunds, chargebacks, or separate outside attorney legal fees.
- $49 Simple Form Assist = $10 reward.
- $99 Simple Form + Limited Check = $25 reward.
- $149, $199, and $249+ tiers = $50 reward.
- Rewards do not automatically stack; upgrade credits pay only the difference to the highest eligible tier.
- Reward status may appear as pending, approved, paid, held, or reversed.
How referral credit is protected
When an eligible referred user starts through your link, QR code, or referral code, Immigration Oasis uses that information to help connect the referral to your Community Partner account.
A later link or QR scan generally should not take credit away from the first eligible Community Partner. Rewards are still reviewed for refunds, chargebacks, duplicates, self-referrals, and eligibility issues.
What referred people get
Referred people can start free, answer guided immigration questions, and choose paid help when they want Immigration Oasis to help organize answers, prepare supported forms/checklists, and include Human Review Specialist review where needed.
Rewards are based only on eligible Immigration Oasis platform fees. USCIS forms are free and government filing fees are separate.
