Sensitive immigration documents
Immigration documents may include passports, green cards, notices, receipts, IDs, tax or sponsor records, court documents, and other sensitive records. Upload only documents needed for your immigration support request.

Upload copies or photos only. Keep originals unless official written instructions require otherwise. Do not upload unrelated private information when it is not needed.
Service providers and AI assistance
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, payment processing, secure storage, guided assistance, analytics, customer support, and review process. They may process information only as needed to help operate Immigration Oasis.
Payments and referrals
Payment records may be processed by payment providers. Referral codes, QR links, and Community Partner attribution data may be used to track eligible referral rewards.
Reviewer access
Authorized team members, Human Review Specialists, and attorney/high-risk reviewers may access information only as needed to support your case, messages, reviewed materials, billing, referral, security, or support request.
Your choices and control
You can contact us to request account help, document help, access, correction, or deletion where available. Some records may need to be retained for security, payment, compliance, dispute, fraud-prevention, or service-history reasons.
Sensitive document privacy
Immigration Oasis does not sell your personal information. We use your information to help prepare and review your application materials, limit access to support and review needs, and use reasonable safeguards. No website, email, upload system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Browser-local workspace controls
Some free tools store work only in this browser on this device. The Local Data & Privacy Center can list supported local workspaces, download selected data, or clear selected browser-local data. It does not show, export, or delete authenticated account records, uploads, payments, emails, or server records.
