Important limits

Referral rewards apply only to eligible Immigration Oasis platform service fees. Government filing fees, USCIS fees, attorney legal fees, and refunded payments do not qualify. Community Partners and referrers may not give legal advice or promise any immigration result.

How Community Partner credit is protected: Each Community Partner should use their own account, unique referral code, QR code, and flyer. When a new user starts through that tracked link and creates an account, Immigration Oasis uses the first eligible referral connection so a later QR or link generally should not take credit away before checkout or reward review.

Checking your Community Partner QR

Open your QR link on a different phone or in a private browser to confirm it lands on the free start page with your referral code. Do not create a test account as yourself from your own code; self-referrals do not qualify.

What is tracked: QR or flyer visit → referred start → account or case connection → eligible payment review → reward status.
