When review may be recommended

Court or removal history, prior denials, criminal issues, fraud/misrepresentation, asylum, waivers, VAWA, U/T visas, and urgent deadlines may need attorney review.

For complicated cases, Immigration Oasis can organize facts, documents, questions, risk issues, and possible forms into a starter file for attorney review.

Separate attorney relationship

Attorney review is separate from Immigration Oasis software. A lawyer-client relationship exists only if an attorney accepts the matter and the user agrees to that engagement.

User stays in control

The user decides whether to request attorney review, share information, sign forms, and submit anything to the government.
