EZ screening

I-864EZ is only for narrow cases. We screen whether the sponsor is the petitioning sponsor, only one immigrant is sponsored, and the income evidence fits the official rule.

When not to use EZ

If assets, household-member income, multiple immigrants, joint sponsor facts, or other complexity appears, the case routes to full I-864/I-864A review.
