Immigration court forms help

Important EOIR rules: EOIR fees must be paid electronically through the EOIR Payment Portal for immigration fees after February 23, 2026. ECAS Case Portal is only for attorneys and fully accredited representatives registered with EOIR. Many forms cannot be uploaded online and must be printed. Immigration Oasis does not represent you in court and is not a law firm.
